She has political science degree from Southeastern.

New Orleans relief project--3rd Sat. at 7:15 a.m. at District office. Return by 300 p.m.

Fundraisers--peanut, pecan, fruit cakes, shooting sport contest

Ongoing projects--serve at St. Vincent de Paul, road clean up, special and senior Olympics

Board Meeting – It was held on Tuesday February 14, 2006 at Cal Robbins office.  The board officially accepted the resignations of Joe Culotta and Wayne Price.  It was noted that there are 17 regular members and 10 senior members.  It was also decided to replace the baseball project with a fundraising and/or a service project.  This will be discussed at the next regular meeting.  The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 5pm March 14, 2006 at Cal Robbins office.  Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Baseball Tourney –the club will not be in a position to provide adequate support to this worthy cause, and therefore will not be involved this year.  We also learned that the weekend was unavailable.  This will be replaced with a fundraiser and/or a service project.  Discussion at March meeting.

Key Club Convention – April 7-9, Baton Rouge; the CCK club will need to provide volunteer chaperones.  If interested please contact Bob Schmidt.

Mid-Winter Convention – Feb 10-12 was attended by Cal Robbins.  One of the best ever; speaker was international president and his staff handled the workshops.  .

CCK Social –  More to come.

Circle K Club – Encourage all to attend their convention March 10-12, 2006 in Jackson .  Their goal is to have at least 15 members of Kiwanis attend. 

Clean Road project.  More to come.
