The program offers a variety of resources to help job seekers find work, plan a career and receive training. Employers rely on the program to screen and test applicants, provide training, obtain research and perform out-placement services.

The WIB differs from the Incumbent Worker Training Program which was talked about last week. The WIB helps employees find new employment. The WTP helps employees improve their skills pertaining to their current job position.
